    Scale 910, 920 or 930

Going to buy one of these bikes. Thinking of the 930 for value and adding stans wheels. Anyone have a 930 or one of the other models. The 910 is kitted out nicely all XT but is 1000 more than the 930. 930 has the same frame and fork with SRAM X9,X7 stuff with shimano brakes. The 930 is around 1 pound heavier. Not going to race just want a nice carbon 29er hard tail to ride.

what are your pros/cons for the 920?

I would go for the 930/920 - they are what you're asking for: a nice carbon 29er hard tail to ride

I would get at least the 920 because I like Shimano. I personally have the 910 but only picked it because I got sucked in by the XT and I had the cash for it. Honestly all three are great rides.

I also picked 910 and changed wheels immediately to SLR. On 920 i don`t like 3 rings on the front and 930 do not have a good brakes.
All these 3 bikes have bad wheelsets

I was testing 930 and I really liked to see that 920 has 3 rings on the front .
Tastes are so different.. If I were you I would visit a bike store having a look at those models
