    Headset question/issue with 2009 Scott Genius 50

hello i am having an issue that i'm hoping someone may be able to help me with. i have a genius 50 from 09'. i know its an fsa headset but don't know much more than that. i believe this bike has a 1.5 inch headtube, but the rockshox revelation appears to be a 1 1/8" steerer tube with reducers. i'm trying to upgrade to a friend of mines tapered fork but i'm not sure what i will need to change on the bottom. i know i'll need to remove the reducer to accept the larger width of the tapered steerer tube but i'm not sure what parts i will need. any help would be much appreciated. thanks.
