2012 Scale carbon frames just as reliable?

Haven't followed the 2012 Scale threads closely, but I thought 1 or 2 forum members broke their 2012 carbon Scales. I'm considering a barely used Scale Expert 29er carbon, but wanted to post this in case I missed some major red flags in the frame reliability this year. No warranty to second owners as is industry practice these days for most mfg.

Were they cracking around the rear dropout? I'm only 165 pounds but ride aggressively.

I cracked mine where the Seatstays are bonded together where it says "SDS" Shock Dampening System.

At the time I weight 235lbs and was doing jumps with the bikes and ride in rocky/technical terrain. I was surprised I didn't break it sooner.

As long as the bike wasn't abused, I think you'd be ok.

How clumsy? Considering this bike as well and I'm 220 and seem to enjoy crashing
