XTR rear derailleur for 1x10 Nomad C

What length derailleur would be correct for a 1x10 setup - GS or SGS? And would a guide be necessary with the clutch feature activated?

You can run either one-long or mid.
However, the shorter/mid cage is the go to for most 1x10 set ups.
Also check out the Zee rear D-it has an option of a 36T cassette and is a true short cage compared to the XTR mid cage.
I've been running my Nomad C as a 1x10 with the XT mid cage + MRP AMG-awesome guide/bash combo. It's top guide only and I've yet to drop the chain with the clutch activated.
