I ordered a large Heckler in january, but haven't ridden it much because I've been recovering from an injury. I started thinking it felt too cramped and my back started aching, so I took some measurements. The frame came with a Large sticker on it, but the geo measures out to a medium. I'm hoping there will be no hassle getting this fixed, but I've heard SC doesn't always have good customer service. Any customer service feedback or thoughts on how this will go? Thanks
yeah it's definitely the LBS's problem....hope you did'nt ride it too much that they wont take it back...anyway, good luck, and let us know how it pans out...
Talked with Willie in the SC warranty dept. this morning. He gave me an RA# and will let me know as soon as they get a large in so they can swap it out. Hopefully it won't take too long.
Willie said they should have it in stock around May 5th. He has been good to work with on this.
Too bad it's not quite soon enough for my 10 day trip to Utah and Colorado. I'll just have to stop and stretch out now and then. I'll be ready to up-size when I get back though.
From what I've heard SC is great about fixing problems like this and taking care of warranty stuff. It's delivering product on time that they are not perfect at. Overall, still a solid company when it comes to service IMO.
