New question here. What shock mounting hardware for Blur LT2.3

Sorry for the newbie question. I'm a bit confused about shock mounting hardware vs reducers. I'm replacing my stock Fox shock on my Blur LT2.3 with a Marzocchi Roco shock. According to SC website, the mounting hardware size is 8mm x 22mm.

    However, should I use:

    1. From SC website: Name: 04-15136_fox_bushing_kit.jpg

    2. 8mm x 22mm mounting hard: Name: 38735.jpg

    3. 8mm x 22mm reducer: Name: 58029_md.jpg

Which of the above should I use? Thanks for your help.

Coincidentally, you have them numbered in the order of preference.

i replaced the reducers (#3 on your list) with the polymer bushings (#1) about a month ago. not only did it eliminate the knocking/play in my rear end, I swear the back end feels plusher now. I had to get my LBS to special order the bushings from Fox, (like $17) and then had to have them press the old bushing out of my shock, which they did in 1 minute for free. Really nice, cheap upgrade. super easy to install as well if you can get someone to bush the old bushing out.

You can get them direct from Santa Cruz too:

    With 3 piece hardware: https://shop.santacruzbicycles.com/p...-reducers.html
    Just the bushings: https://shop.santacruzbicycles.com/p...-reducers.html

Curious how the polymer bushings are holding up for you guys. I've got a set going on about a year now and damned if they aren't creaking like mad.
Alcohol may lead nowhere, but it sure is the scenic route!
