I've recently received my Tallboy 2 warranty frame. After a delay getting my shock serviced, I finally got to go for a ride last night. Everything felt great, except for one small thing I noticed.
I'm running a Fox CTD shock, and I put it in climb mode for riding on the road/flat sections. I noticed that when riding over a bump in this mode, I could feel a small kick in the suspension. It is after I have gone over the bump, almost like the shock is extending out in rebound and hitting then end of the travel, or the bottom link is moving in a funny way.
Once I am in trail mode, all is nice and smooth.
I do notice this when pedalling and going over a small bump in the tarmac.
Anyone else notice this or have any advice on if it is a problem?
