    Suspension settings for nomad

Just Curious On the suspension settings you guys have for you Nomad.

    Weight: 150 (with equiptment)

    TALAS RC2:

    Air Pressure: 55psi
    Rebound: 4 from full
Slow Compression: 3 clicks from full
Fast Compression: 3 clicks from full

    Fox DHX AIR 5.0:

    Air pressure Main: 150psi
    Air pressure Boost: 170psi
Rebound: 7 clicks from full (quickest)
    Bottom Out: Fully out
    Pro Pedal: Off

Seems to be kicking me off the saddles alot, especially when my rear wheels drops off a small bumps. Also, front fork seems to be pretty rough over small bumps, roots and rockbeds.

I would start with the sag front and back then slow the rebound until it makes the fork/ shock move slower when you compress it, hard to describe , put no rebound on and compress the shock and it fires back adjust until this stops and then adjust a click or two each way until it feels right, safer on the slower side stops you getting kicked off, but sag first.
