    Superlight in ACTION

    Hey y'all,

I know the recent hype is on the Nomad and Blur. But I reckon we shouldn't forget the Superlight with its proven single pivot desgin. Would love to see some pictures of 'em superlights in action. Do post your pictures and re-ignite the passion for them SLs!

Here are some photos of my g/f riding her Juliana. She loves her bike, it's been an amazing transformation in her mtb'ing skills since got her Juliana.

Yep that one is a goodie! I remember that you had to haul a$$ to clear it. Good times. Finish the Nomad so we can ride.

    Thanks Bomb.
Yup, it was a good trip Hookler, remember how washboarded that raod was? I had to pump as fast as I could just to keep the speed to cross the whole road. I still remember my rear hub while in the air, zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz, fun stuff. Hookler come over and check out the Nomad, she's almost done!
Here's the same photo, that EY put together. One of our other buddies has a digital SLR with rapid fire, so EY just combined 3 of them.

Hey, send out some good thoughts on tuesday, my friend EY broke his arm and has to have surgury to repair it. DOH!

    shotgun.

Yes, some beer was spilled in this celebration, but it was for a good cause! Thanks to TRL, it turned into a shotgun fest. I'm in the red hat, not that it matters.

    Good job! Superlight air

Porchsong, those are great SL action shots. It has been a while since I've posted anything and it was nice to stumble upon some SL love. In recognition, I will shotgun a beer now.

I just got a 2006 SL a few days ago... Haven't taken it out yet on the trail, but it seems much more solid than my 1999 Specialized SJ on the street and small hills.

From a recent indoor bike race. The Redbull Ride the Sky race in St. Paul, MN. Imagine racing your bike in a time trial format through a bunch of office buildings, atriums, hallways, stairs, etc. Pretty Sweet! Carpet=Traction. Marble, not so much.

Biker? I don't even know her.
