SRAM 156 crank on TRc
Has anyone tried fitting an XX or XX1 156 q-factor crankset on a TRc? I know SC says not to do it, but I read about a successful 156 XX install on a Blur XCc and was hoping to get the same result on my TRc frame.
I'd like to use the XX1 156 in 170mm, with a 30t ring.

The Blur TRc will accept most any offerings from major crank manufacturers. XX cranks will fit, but make sure you order the "standard" Q-factor version (166)- not the narrow 156mm version.
This is on the FAQ section of the TRC off the website.
Hope it helps

I have a 156 xx on my tallboy. I'll swap it onto my Trc when I get home this evening. Let you know.

Excellent - thank you!

156 on one side 168 on the other. The 156 on the tbal has the clearance of the 168 on trc
