    They were also technically 2012 model years. Meaning Backcountry could have had them in stock now for just under 2 years (2012's would start hitting the shelves in July/August of 2011).

    Santa Cruz has had the LT2.3 frames on their website for $900 since the beginning of last week.

    Sorry, you said LT and not LTc so I assumed aluminum frame.

    Or in any size on the Santa Cruz website for $1500. A couple hundred more, but still a helluva deal. And I think the ones on the website are 12x142 rear end with ISCG tabs.

    This is true. Personally, I'd not pay the extra $200 for the tabs or the rear axle, but either way its a steal of a deal.
