    shock pressure check

how often do i need to check the air pressure in my fork and shock on my superlight? this is the first bike that i've needed to put air into. does it bleed off or are the new forks and shocks pretty air tight?

    thanks!

I check before every ride, it only takes a minute or so. And depending on the riding you do, you can lose pressure in both the fork and shock.

On my air shocks I push the O-ring to the top sit on the bike check the sag, adjust air pressure if required, temperature seems to make a slight difference. I do this usually just before I ride, because I forget, always carry my shock pump in my camelback.:-)

About once a month. I can tell if it starts to feel a bit squishy, and I'll add a bit of pressure. Neither my fork or the shock lose much air at all.
