No good Santa Cruz model lineup?

Just on the SC website and no Blur LT. The Bronson and Solo are new kids on the block but no 26-er frames in the 140mm area.

Anybody have any inside info on new 26-er frames coming out? Or Is the Bronson and Solo to be the replacements?

If you move quick, you can still get a BLT off their sale page. Great deals to be had on the most recent 142 version!!!

    Speculation (no insider here):
I think they'll keep the 26 TrC/A around for a bit and see how many they continue to sell.

I'm interested in the fate of the Nomad (drop/update in 26/update in 650)???

Anyhow, good luck in your bike searching!

I think Santa Cruz like other bike manufacturers are stuck in a bit of a quandary on how much effort they should devote to 26" vs. 650B vs 29". Specialized, Trek, Giant and others are all making their bets right now.

For the fate of Nomad in particular, Joe Graney of Santa Cruz hinted in the NSMB forum (Prepare for the 650b Wheel-Size Revolution - North Shore Mountain Biking Forums, near the end of the thread) that the vision for the next Nomad is being debated and is still unclear (at least publicly).

Looking at how strongly 27.5 is coming makes me think that Nomad replacement almost certainly has 27.5 wheels. For now big part of 27.5 hype has centered around 150mm bikes, but I think this will expand upwards when Fox releases a 27.5 Fox 36. I think 26" Nomad replacement would be a big risk as many could deem it obsolete right from the gate.

No way they would drop Nomad, because that would leave a HUGE hole in their lineup (150mm < x < 215mm).
