    Ok,

I'm about 2 mins from ordering my Blur XC and I am thinking I'm going with Trans Red and would love to see some good pic ...but would like to see some good pics of the other colors.

Does anyone know if you can get a polished blur XC? I know the orig. blur was available in this color and also the nomad. But I can't seem to find any specs on a blur xc.

And a few more. One showing rear tire clearance on the seatstay bridge with a 2.0" Hutchinson Python Airlight:

    These pics are great.
Just wondering why SC doesn't make the trans red anymore. Everybody knows red bikes are faster...

I'm thinking cost, labor intensive requirements, etc. I have an old '99 Bullit with a trans red mainframe and polished swingarm that still looks quite good. It was a great color.

    What a light frame !
Nice color. I also had a 2004 Bullit with the mainframe that color!

I am in complete agreement with you. I have owned numerous SC bikes over the years. With all of the colors i have owned, I really liked the Trans Red and Blue colors on my bikes. Besides looking stunningly sweet, the Trans paint seemed to hold up marginally better than the regular PC colors. My Apple Green Chameleon also looks pretty good still, bought in '01. My ano frames held up just a little better still in comparison to the Trans painted ones. The black PC is the absolute worst for showing any scratches and scrapes. Oh well, they're only bikes after all. Come on SC, bring back the fancy boy colors and the polished!!!

I heard rumors of new colors coning out.
Any idea of which colors and more important when?
