    Nomad MK2 w/ H3 LT

Just picked up an H3 LT shock for my Nomad mk2, but I'm having difficulty setting her up. I'm roughly a 180lb rider. I'm setting the shock up equivalent to the DHX Air settings (180psi in main chamber and 150psi in boost chamber)With those settings, there is no sag... Does anyone have any tips or pointers with this shock?

remove some air. that oughta do it.

seriously, i dunno. im just a fan of airing up the shock and messing around with the pressures until it feels how i want it.

You should set your shock by measuring sag, not psi. You can use the psi as a reference for fine tuning after you set the sag. Set it at 30% for a coil feel or 25% for better peddling.

Sag is just a guideline, I have no idea how much sag i run, i mess with it till it feels good. Different shocks require different pressure, you could try to look it up on the internet, or you could just remove air till it feels good, or till you get your magic sag number.
