    New Nomad sand & gang green sweet complete!

    Well it took awhile to get the dangerboy levers in but it is finally complete and has one ride on it so it is dirty!!

    Seatpost: Gravity Dropper w/remote silver
    Stem: thomson 70mm silver w/ black face
    Brakes: Saint w/ dangerboy military green levers 170mm rotors
    Cranks: Hone w/ e.thirteen bash guard
    Chain Guide: LRP w/ blackspire roller
    Pedals: Candy Ti green
    Chain: Sram 991 hollow pin
    Cassette: XT
    Front Der: XT
    Saddle: WTB Pure V Camo

    Waiting on new grips and have dangerboy endcaps in military green w/ flower. Also have mallets in green and 3 other shocks for it ( dhx air, dhx coil, 5th coil). I bottomed the float on a 2 foot drop which is interesting since I'm 127#. Might look into the roco air or isx-6. Handles great feels great in the air so far. I love the retro colors!

    sweet color combo hombre. Oddly enough the gang green/sand color combo is one that I have played with on santa cruz'e build a bike webpage.I usually did the gang green frame with sand swing arm. The levers and grips are nice picks too!

    How are those sunline grips compared to ruffians, could you measure the diameter for me. You definetly have to paint those fork lowers green, otherwise it´s not working .

    The Nomad is so ugly you need to come up with this color combo and its actually look cool

    Edit: best looking Nomad actually only good looking Nomad I've seen.

    Back in 1985 or so, my brother painted his PK Ripper camo. It looked like this, but w/out the Tuffs:

    That is one nice Ripper. I had a few of them back in the 80's, always seemed to break the frames. Skyway tuff wheels were the wheels to have back then, especially if you were one of the lucky ones to own the graphites.

    Well Heather, I think your Nomad has a nice build... but I have to say that color combo doesn't work for me. But if you like then who cares what I think. Hope you're having a ball on the new ride.
