I thought I would share me experience. It started when my lowball offer on Ebay was accepted. I became the owner of a slightly used hollowgram triple. Since I was already running and e13, which is a great crankset and only marginally heavier than the hollowgram, I used the e13 bottom bracket, which fit a 30mm spindle. I had the spindle ridge machined off at Action Machine in Lorton. The owner is super cool and hardly charged me anything. If you want to prototype something and you're near NoVA you should give him a call.
Fitting the crank is pretty much trial and error. I want to give a shout out to OKAaron, who clued me in a bit. In the end I ended up with 3 2.5mm bottom bracket spacers plus 0.5mm spindle spacer drive side and two spindle spacers the wavy washer and another spacer on the non-drive side. I hope you can make it out in the photos. I may still have a bit too much preload. The washer is certainly not as compressed as it was when my e13 was installed.
The bike is now sub 24lbs, which is nice. We'll see how it handles Fountainhead.
