That is what I use on my chameleon for street riding. If you put them on you will like the feel of them.

do you have any pictures of your chameleon with the hookworms on it?

how does it handle in the wet? does it feel a lot heavier since the hookworms weigh a ton?

    check out the krad

If you're worried about weight check out the kenda k-rad. It's pretty light, pretty cheap, and doesn't become worthless in wet or dirt (although wet dirt is a problem). I ran the 2.3 model on my 99 chameleon for urban and park riding and they get along just fine on reasonably firm dirt. Great tire imho.

hookworms weigh a ton, suck in dirt, suck in wet...great on plywood, asphalt, concrete, etc...K-rads are lighter but weak sidewalls- better choice would probably be Holy Rollers or Arrow launch (especially if wet is a concern)

I don't have them on the bike right now as I am only put them on when I go street riding. These tires are heavy and they are also a b*tch to put on however they are great for urban assault.
