Heckler w/ DHX coil...shock torque specs?

Changing out the spring on the Fox DHX coil on my new heckler....what are the torque specs for the shock pivot bolts? SC says 120 in-lbs, but I've seen a lot of threads mentioning you need more than that, but a lot of those threads reference 5th element shocks.

    Thanks for your help...

I find a lot of bicycle torques spec's hard to acheive or give inaccurate results due to the small fastners or material composition. 120 in-lbs / 10 ft.lbs seems about right but I have always just used hand tools going hand tight on the shock mounts.

I see no need for loctite on these fastners. Factory they should have ny-lock nuts and small diameter washers @ both sides of the fastner. Just give the fastners a recheck after a good ride.

Been riding with no loctite for 1 year with np. Torqued to above settings. No need to worry - just go ride it hard !
