    Bronson Carbon - Which Color?

Finally decided to go with the Bronson Carbon and neither color really does it for me. So with that in mind, I figure I'd get the one that would re-sell best if I don't end up liking it or it is time to get a new ride.

The Tennis Yellow seems to be more popular, but I figure the black would hide nicks more. Anyway, they ride the same.

    Any suggestions?

The new models are almost out, and the all the colors have changed - now you have a choice of Matte carbon with magenta decals, or Gloss green with lime decals. There's another tread here with pictures of the new frames. SC web site should be updated tomorrow as well, according to the rumors in that tread. The title of the tread is "Anyone have any idea when new colors will be out for the Bronson?". If you're buying one of the current colors, it seems the yellow tennis is more popular.

Here's the new colours, I'm about to order the green. Love this colour green, especially against black (pikes).

I preferred the tennis yellow, but they didn't have it in stock when I made my purchase. Gut feeling tells me the matte black would be easier to sell down the line.

Thanks for info. The new colors don't really do anything for me either. I do like the black/white 5010. I'm leaning towards tennis yellow, that was I can see it if anyone is riding away with it.

You could get a sticker kit from Vidiom graphics and customize it:

Stealth Bronson (a.k.a The Zephyr) - Straightshotmtb's Bike Check - Vital MTB

(In my opinion, the magenta letters on the new Bronson definitely need covering up!)

You order it from Vidiom and they make it specifically for the Bronson or some other models. I thought about it for my TBLTc but its really hard to find info about them. They don't have a decent website, but you can get in touch by phone or social media.
There's a few pictures of members around here who have used them. Black on carbon, and gray on carbon seem to be popular. One guy did metallic copper on carbon.

You're entitled to your opinion uberstein but if I'm spending big on a bike then I want something that is not only awesome to ride but looks the goods as well (with a few personal touches). If you couldn't care less about any of this then why are you reading the thread in the first place?

If you are concerned about the durability of one finish over the other keep in mind the Matte finish on the carbon frames is painted on on. My Matte Bronson has a couple areas where the Matte coating is flaking off exposing shiny carbon underneath.

Does anyone have any contact info for Vidiom Graphics? And what is the pricing on their sticker kit?

I didn't know that! But I know that on the first ride with my new bike I got mud between the tire and seatstays and it rubbed the yellow stiripe off in that spot. But it was the matt black carbon color underneath. I guess it didn't rub deep enough.
