Blur LT frame vibrating from brake - fixes?

New alum Blur LT frame with my old components switched over. The rear brake wants to vibrate/squeal but this did not happen on my old Giant Reign with the same brakes (saint 810's). Set up as follows:

    Saint brakes
    185mm shimano rotor (not bent)
tried metal and resin pads with no luck
DT 240 hub with RWS thru axle

Anyone else have this issue? Any fixes? Thanks.

    Nope, haven't had that before.

Few things to try (and probably the order I'd follow):

    1. Realign the caliper using Hope's methods (not the "squeeze the lever and tighten the bolts" crap)
    2. Clean your piston's to make sure that they move freely and evenly
    3. Get the IS tabs faced.
    4. Replace (or at least try different) rotors

My gut tells me that after steps 1 and 2, you'll be good . . . if not, then 3 should do it. However, you might need to try different rotors (if you have a spare, you might try that first actually). Some combo's just create a buzz.
Alcohol may lead nowhere, but it sure is the scenic route!
