So the measurements will be 44 for top, 49 for bottom?

    Frame: Blur LTc size M
    Fork: Fox 32 Talas 150
    Shock: Fox RP23
    Brakeset: Shimano XT
    Rotors: Formula 180/160mm
    Handlebars: Funn Fatboy 785/15mm rise
    Stem: Raceface 60mm
    Grips: ODI Rogue
    Shifter: Shimano Deore
    Rear Derailleur: Shimano XT
    Crankset: Shimano XTR
Chainguide: MRP G2 Mini Medium Angle
    Seatpost: Rock Shox Reverb 125mm
    Saddle: bargain-bin Felt
    Wheelset: Shimano XTR Trail
Front Tire: Maxxis Minion DHF Exo 3C 2.5" (tubeless)
Rear Tire: Maxxis High Roller Tubeless 60a 2.35" (tubeless)

Not psyched on the RP23, thinking about maybe trying a CCDB. What other shocks do people recommend for the LTc? Does the LTc work better with a more linear or more progressive shock (CCDB air vs coil?)

I may also sell the 32 Talas and buy a 2012 36 Float RLC from a friend of mine...

Trek7000rider, how do you like the MRP G2 guide? Did you have to make any modifications or was it set it and forget it? I happen to have a Blur LTc frame in the mail as we speak and I'm trying to decide between buying a direct mount front derailleur or a chainguide.

The guide mounted up with 0 modifications, just took a good bit of tweaking to get running smooth like with any other guide. I did get the medium angle guide which is supposed to be the best fit with VPP bikes, but I've heard that some people have had success with the normal g2 mini.

Zee brakes are the triple truth. I don't care what the weight penalty is. Is it overkill? Yes, but I like overkill. I do take this bike on shuttle runs though so they will come in handy.

Sweet . . . I'm no weight weenie (I rock a set of Hope's) at all. Glad to hear they are working for you, and yeah . . . its a badass bike.

Great looking bike! Quick question. I noticed that your bike has a through axle rear end, is this new for 2013 or a special order?

I've been on my blur LTc for about a year now, so I figure it's time for some updated pics.

Frame is a 2011 size XL, original build was the RAM package.

    Changes/upgrades:
    - Stans Flow EX wheelset
    - Schwalbe Hans Dampfs 2.35 EVO Trailstar TL-Ready (running tubeless)
    - Specialized Command Post Blacklite 100mm drop
    - Set up as 1x10 with 32 tooth ring and MRP G2 Mini SL
    - Funn Fatboy 750mm low rise bar
    - Sunline V-one 65mm stem
    - Oury grips
    - Shimano M530 pedals

It's a 2011 Revelation RL 150 with the 15mm maxle. I've been pretty happy with it. Sometimes I think I want a Lyric or Fox 36 for the added stiffness, but I'm going to stick with what I have for now.

Did you mean the 3M BATHROOM Tape?

If so, I put them on areas that will have cable rubs. I also put on areas that will have mud rub when riding through thick and sticky mud - Left and right areas of inner Chain stays and seat stays. Also I put tape on the Seat and Chain Stay brace where chain slap will likely to occur.

    Congrats on your new Ride!

I took it out on some techy st last night and it was outstanding. No real different feel than my Heckler other than a million times more stiff and responsive. Wow.
How do I post pics? For some reason it is saying I have to post 10 times before I can post a pic.
