Anyone Else Suffering from the Santa Cruz Warehouse Move Blues?

I have a Tallboy LT on order for a little more than a week that won't see shipping until after the 22nd due to their warehouse move. I'm having a hard time sleeping.

Mine's ordered through the LBS... Waiting, waiting... It was really tough because there was the exact bike wanted in the shop, but with the triple chainring and I was really set on the double... Stupid picky me...

I was totally at ease with the wait until I read that a guy last week sent in a frame on Jan. 4 for warranty and got his replacement back to his home on Jan. 11... Plus the guy from Santa Cruz said my build is in stock but that they just can't ship anything right now...
I guess I'm just a total wait weenie.

I ordered a Highball frame a week before Xmas hoping to have it by Xmas...then by New Years...then by this last weekends ride. Now I'm just hoping to have it by the end of the month

They shipped it, it arrived, but sent carbon fiber instead of aluminum... I'd love the carbon fiber, but the extra cash is just not in the cards for it...

I haven't paid, so not technically charged for it, but it appears the shop is being billed for it and asking if I want to pay the difference or wait for working out the exchange with Santa Cruz... The anticipation for this bike continues on.

Ha! They forgot to ship my SS dropouts with my frame so I too am back to the waiting game.

RMA'd a frame... arrived in Santa Cruz last Wednesday, replacement back to me this morning. Even with the move (which they warned me might delay shipments) a 4 day turn around seems great! I'm happy... great customer service again.

All is well now. They did ship the wrong bike, a TBLTc with XT build came when I had ordered the aluminum one. My fiance bogarted the whole operation and brought the carbon one home... I have work to do today.
