    AM 29er

So with Specialized out with a 150mm 29er and now Niner
First Look: Niner Debuts Long-Travel Protos at Winter Park EWS - Pinkbike
Will there be a longer travel 29er? Slacker HA? Also, in looking at their site, it seems that they have a 29er for all categories with the exception of AM and DH. Maybe an April 1st announcement???

I bet they don't come out with something(long travel 29) until April 2015, total speculation though based on the fact that the TBLT only came out April 2012, so giving it at least a 3 year life cycle. I doubt they would come out with a bigger travel 29er on top of the TBLT, more likely wait to replace the old.

Interesting time right now with a lot of geometery changes in this segment of bike and the surge of 650b. I've been back and forth between the Bronson and TBLT, ridden both a bunch and FINALLY decided to go with the TB to replace a Mojo HD. The day I ordered it, I caught a leaked photo of the Carbine 29er, so cancelled to wait and see what its numbers might be. Now with a more and more stuff getting announced almost daily it seems over the last two weeks, namely Pivot Mach6 and the Niner, I'm holding off until winter.
