    Hi !

I ride everything on my vp from dh to fr, singletrails, drops.
I weigh about 160 lbs so we are in the same weightclass i ride a 400 spring and never bottomed out.
Even on big drops 12-15ft, when you hit the transition correct no problem and nice and soft on the dh.
500 never, 450 if you do big drops and stunts only 400 if you want to have an allround bike.

    I am 220 lbs and I run a 450# for F/R, drops and all-around.

Shock sag at rest is around 30%.

SC has the DHX-5 setup chart on their website.
