    2001 Bullit Rear Shock Replacements

    Hey Guys
I was wondering if a 8.5x2.5 rear shock would fit in the stock 2001 Bullit triange and swing arm without any modifications, i was looking at replacing the stock vanilla with a DHX 5.0

Yes, it will bolt right in there with no issue...except you should obviously check your cable and brake hose lengths. And of course it will raise the rear of the bike. If you use at least a 6" fork, this actually works out fairly well in the geometry department.
