Might have fixed my Dos Niner

A couple of years ago, my Salsa Dos Niner broke right at the weld and Salsa gave me nothing. It sat on the wall in my basement - just mocking me! After trying several times to find a welder, turns out, you can not re-weld Scandium and before I trashed the frame, I should try one more thing.

I shaped a piece of aluminum to fit inside the chain stay

Drill and tapped the piece for M6 screws, one from the side through the drain hole and one from the back in a new hole I drilled.

I tightened it up and used a little JB weld to hold in place, I rode it around the yard and it feels stiff and like it might have worked!
Since I had the AL stock and tools, so far I am about 56 cents for screws into this....

Next week, I will build it up enough to ride in the woods.
