    Bucksaw FS Fat Bike

So - anyone heading to Sea Otter this weekend, the Bucksaw will be at a few media gatherings over the weekend, but should also be available for public viewing off and on at our booth, #443!

Man, I bet this would be fun for a Fruita/Grand Junction trip. Or riding down in Anza Borrego desert, etc... Probably too much for a "beach ride" bike, but all the other rough places I used to ride. Rough Go and Cobblestone at Annadel would be smooth cruises. Wish I was going to be down there this weekend.

Why on earth would you put a press fit BB on this type of bike? This is the bike I've been hoping to see this year but the PF BB makes it a non starter. If I want inferior, marketing driven component standards, I'll buy a Specialized.

Or a Trek, or cannondale, or a Giant, or, or,or..... Yeah, pf bbs are some serious plastic bike bs that is ruining otherwise decent metal bikes. I'll avoid them as long as possible, but it will probably have to happen someday.

TWS, I hear ya. It makes sense for the big box brands to save a dollar on a frame and then market it as lighter and stiffer but it seems like it would be harder to get away with for a company like Salsa, whose riders tend to be a little too savvy to fall for that(from what I have seen.)

I'm still looking forward to seeing the geo numbers.
