2011 El Mar Steel Frame - Tapered Head Tube or Not?

I think it's not, but just want to confirm. Thanks.

2011 Head tube was for 1-1/8" straight steerer only. Plenty for what the bike is designed for! Newer models (2012 and on...) use the 44mm head tube that will run an in-set headset for 1-1/8" and also tapered forks with an external cup on the lower. Bomb Pop Blue frame?
