    Trick tips for threading cable through Rocky (internal) Frames....

    What have you got?
    Same techniques as the old Kleins?
    Please tell me there is a shortcut!

    Why not just take the removable cable plug out of the BB so it is easier?

    The other good trick is to find a sheath for the cable (check with your local bike shop) thread it over the cable first pull the cable out leaving the sheath in place then thread the new cable though, remove the sheath and continue with the cable install. Check out this Specialized video and you will kind of understand what I am talking about. rI now use a sheath from a spec build or I have used the inner liner from a set of gore cables.

    Yeah, that was (sort of) one of the old Klein tricks. Thanks. Too late after you pull the cable, though.
