    Rocky Mountain? Frame ID

I bought this bike from a friend who bought the frame only at warehouse sale. Some other Rocky Mountain Sherpas were also purchased and the guy said he thought this was a RM too. The frame appears to be of nice quality with similar geometry to a Blizzard or Hammer. But nothing else fits.

    - Brass brazed frame
    - no serial number
    - wishbone seat stays.

Don't pay any attention to the rust. The frame came unfinished including the seatposting needed honing. I plan on stripping and finishing better.

Looks very homemade. Definitely NOT a Rocky Mountain...

Its an Oryx Team T-Line frame. They had a lot of those leftover at Procycle after they discontinued the brand (so as to not rob sales from their Rocky division) and they were unpainted, and as a result many developed some corrosion sitting around the warehouse. Its made from True Temper OX Gold Air-Hardening alloy.

Thanks DeeEight, I now found your other thread(s) about this frame. It came from NYCBikes as a few others did. NYCBikes briefly opened a westcoast warehouse in Boise,ID
