Rocky has updated their site for 2012

Any word on the price for the Flatline Blackout Frame?

Or when it will be available? Guessing late Feb early March?

The 2011 Flatline WC frame only was $1999 at Jenson, the 2012 blackout version would likely be a similar price.

Looks like the X0 front brake disk was assembled in a hurry on Vertex 990 RSL..

Where are the alloy frames? ( Vertex 29, Element 29, Altitude 29......),
In the info sheet I only see few carbon frames, why?
I don't understand why RM doesn 't offer a frame option for each model like for example Yeti,Santacruz,Niner.... and maybe some build kits to choose from.
what s the marketing reasons for this? or it is just a matter or making more money selling complete bikes?
    thanks

They may not have finalized the 2012 Blizzards yet, or perhaps sales volumes were too low to do a 26" steel bike this year. Or maybe it's the DeBeers approach of scarcity increases value.
