    Original versus scanned receipt

Bought my element 950 six month ago, bike is running great and I have zero issues.

The LBS I bought the bike from closed its doors.

Where do I go to when I have a warranty issue.

Also I have a scan of the original sales receipt. Will that suffice in case warranty issues

    come up?

    Thanks guys.

Does your receipt have the serial number on it? As long as you have proof of purchase that's usually all it takes. So many cash register receipts are on thermal paper that fades or can be destroyed by exposure to alcohol or oils that having a scan is a good practical backup to have.

Yes on the serial #. Hoping that I never need it. Love my bike.
