Niner RDO seatpost on 29" carbon Vertex RSL?

Hi, anyone out there running a Niner RDO "unstiff" seatpost on a 29" carbon Vertex RSL? Did it really improve the ride? I heard this seatpost is a godsend on stiff aluminum hardtails, especially on longer rides, but my Vertex is surprisingly comfy to start with. I'm trying to figure out if this seatpost will provide another significant improvement in the back or if it'll be just a small evolution on this bike.
    Thanks for any info!

Any carbon seatpost in a carbon frame takes a little extra edge off, but as you say, when the frame already controls so much vibration it will be subtle. I noticed the difference between a Race Face alloy post and the Race Face carbon post in a 26" Vertex RSL, but it was subtle.
