    New Custom Build - Element Team RSL

    Just built it up as my ultimate race rig for next season...things I can't race without grip shift, rotor rings and XX hydrolic lockout.

    21.5 lbs with pedals

    Very nice. Have you used the Rotor seatpost and stem before? Maybe a quick review on those components.

    What is up with the Rotor rings...makes that big a difference shifting?
