Element 970 29er Shock Sag Question

    Hi guys,
Not sure if this has been discussed? Picked up my new 970 and rode it a couple of times last week. They set it up at the shop, but want to make sure the rear sag is correct and it's dialed in correct. At the shop, they never mentioned the sag indicators on the rocker and I never noticed. How much pressure should I have in the shock (I'm 195 w/gear)?
How do I read the 3 lines on the indicator, or should I be using sag % on the shock?
    Any advice is appreciated.
    Thanks!

The first line should be aligned with the pointer when no one is on the bike, the second line is optimal sag and the third line is 100% travel. The shock pressure will likely be about body weight + 20% as a starting point for sag setting.

I weigh 190lb and currently running 200 psi in my 970.

I am very close to full shock travel after most technical rides.
