Element 50 Alloy Clicking

My 3 month old Alloy Element 50 has a mysterious clicking sound coming from the suspension. Yes, I've heard the metal housing ferrules can can click and i'm 98% certain its not that.

The LBS and myself can to same conclusion that it's likely coming from the front shock link. But nothing we do seems to make it go away. The LBS has ordered a new shaft, bushing, washer kit from RM. Hopefully that will fix it. If not it may be the frame.

Any thoughts?

I had a problem with the rear drop out, check it out for what looks like wearing on the mech side drop out.
