CTD Dual remote lever dumped and replaced with XT shifter!

If anyone is interested, I have successfully replaced the big, ugly CTD remote lever with an LH XT rapidfire shifter!
Basically I converted my 2014 Element 970 to 1x10 and was not getting on well with the CTD remote so I thought I would try just routing the remote cabling through the XT shifter (in 3sp mode). Works perfectly and is much neater!

Who'd have thought the two were 'compatible'? Well done!
