    Altitude 26'r 150mm forks?

    Morning All

I have an Altitude 50 and the option of getting some rather nice 11 DT Swiss 150 forks to replaced my aged and baggy 08 140 Floats. The question is how much of a difference will the extra 10mm make in real terms to the ride, will it even notice or make the head wander all over the show?

    What are peoples thoughts?

    Cheers all

A2C height on the Fox 140 Float was spec'd at 510mm and the A2C on the DT Swiss EXM150 or XMM150 forks was 525mm, so that's about 0.6deg slacker headangle and about 7mm taller BB height. That's definitely noticeable, and might be a positive change if you find the steering a bit fast when going down steeper hills.

I think you will like the slacker head angle.
Is there an option to reduce the travel on the dt swiss forks if you wanted to later?
