2013 element bc edition tubeless set up

Hi, I would like to try a tubeless set up on my bc edition. Has anybody done it with the stock wheels? What do I need? Do I need the tubeless milk with the dt swiss x 1.6 tubeless ready wheels, or an additional rim strip (like the stan's). Or can I just mount the provided tubeless valve stems without anything else? I am presently running the stock X-king on the back and a mountain king II in front.

    Thanks guys!

ok so I got the answer from a good rocky mountain mechanic. Rip out the dt swiss tape cause these wheels will lose air with any combination of set ups and put in the stan's system. You won't have any problems

Same with my new Altitude 790. Had to remove DT tape and red rim strip, install Stans tape and valves.
