Was doing great on weight watchers and doing spinning classes here at my school and was getting ready to pull the trigger on a mountain bike to ride a couple miles a day and had already lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks and bam a week and a half ago I slipped on some ice here and tweeked my knee. Luckily no surgery is needed to repair the small tear in the meniscus, but no physical activity for a month and a half. So now my bike plans are on hold and I can't do any good cardio. This sucks and is quite depressing.
