So I injured my sacroiliac joint lifting weights a couple weeks ago. I've seen a doctor and already went to a few PT sessions where I learned some stretches. It was feeling almost 100% so an easy ride was recommended. 6 miles no climbing and my back is right back to where it was the day I hurt it. Anybody had this injury before? What was your recovery time like? Any special stretches/exercises that really helped? Thanks in advance.... I've never had a back injury and this really sucks.
