Last July, I shattered my wrist. Because of the bad break, the doctor made me wear a splint from my elbow to the back of my hand and a sling for two months. I have since recovered, but I've noticed that my right shoulder tends to get tired quicker than the left and it also droops a bit.

I can do the standard exercises to strengthen it that I usually do (lateral raises, front raises, shoulder presses), but I wasn't sure what would be good in addition to those. I was also thinking of starting out high rep/low weight before getting into harder types of exercises with it.

I'm thinking of adding upright rows, but I wasn't sure if anyone here has run into this and what they've done.
