Yesterday evening I hit a rock with a prickly pear cactus growing on it.
Instead of waiting for the spines to loosen up and have my GF pull them out with tweezers, I decided to try the solution "skibum" over at Singletrack.com used when his son had the same problem.
I got some Elmer's Glue-All for wood, etc. Painted it on the area of my leg thick. Let it dry.
Ripped it off. What I got was a transparent patch of glue with all the hair and, as far as I can tell, all the spines.
