Recovery - Corked (I think) thigh
So I was trying to 3-0 out of the bowl at the skatepark this arvo and the bike washed out and I landed on my thigh, I think it's just bruising but can't walk very well and I have a 50km XC race on this sunday and I want it to be better ASAP!
Any reccomendations for a speedy recovery?
I don't know what "arvo" means. How long ago did this injury occur?
Have you had an xray yet to make sure you're ok?
If it's just bruising, you're probably just stuck until it heals. Maybe take a good amount of advil before the start of the race and do your best
