    Pudendal Neuralgia / Cyclist's Syndrome

Anyone here ever have any issues with pudendal neuralgia or entrapment? I'm wondering if anyone has ever recovered and gone back to biking? From everything I've read the outlook is dismal at best. For those that don't know, it's basically groin and crotch pain in all areas in between that originates on the bike from seat pressure and eventually becomes chronic. I think I had it a few years ago but it went away when I tore my ACL and was forced to take a long break. Now it's back and worse than before.
Hoping to find some info here that may lead to some physical therapy or other treatment that can get me back on the bike.

After reading the symptom and related pain, I'd quit biking if it was me. "Pain after orgasm" was listed. I'll draw the line with any activity if it gets in the way of enjoying sex.

The article I read listed out of line pelvis as being a cause. Have you seen a chiropractor or physical therapist? If you are in luck it could be an alignment issue.
