Nagging Knee, should I see the doc?

Hey guys, I hope this isn't too trivial but about a week ago I pretty much had the biggest wreck I've experienced on the dirt and my left knee is feeling weird. I cased it coming down off a small roller at high speed and pretty much landed flat on my left side, don't remember exactly what happened but there was alot of flopping and flailing before I came to a stop. This was a week ago today and my hip is still tender, along with my elbow and shoulder but they feel like they are going to heal up fine, no major pain, but the back of my knee is really tender to the touch. If I press on it with medium pressure it feels like its on fire, kind of like how a nasty burn feels but only when pressure is applied. I can walk and jog on it, and I went for a short ride today to shake it down and there are no issues with motion but it hurts like hell if I apply any pressure to it. I'm worried I may have messed up a ligament and I don't want to risk a lasting injury if I don't have to, anybody experience anything like this?

Anything with knees and ongoing pain should be a trip to the doc. Last think you want in untreated damage in there....if it calcifies, you can mess up riding, walking, jogging etc for life.
