    launched off a wood berm

I went a little high on the line and missed a clean exit by about a foot or two, instead I launched managing to avoid a couple of nearby trees. Unfortunately I quickly noticed a 2" gash at my lower thigh wide open and couldn't move my right shoulder. 4 stitches and a broken right scapula. Arm is immobilized and I have Ortho on Thursday. We'll see if it's into rehab, staying immobilized, or surgery. Hoping for the 1st, not much fun being one handed. And of course, the wife hasn't said it but you know she wants me to put the bike on Craigslist

How much you askin for your bike?

Seriously...glad you're OK. It could have been worse. Funny how a three or a four second "oops" can affect you for months afterwards.

Heal fast. And don't let her sell your bike.
