    Jammed my thumb...

... a few weeks ago. Stacked on my road bike and bent my thumb under. I didn't think much of it at the time. I just thought it was sprained, and I have crappy health insurance so I didn't go to the ER like a bonehead.

Speaking of bones, the results are that I know have a bit of a bone poking up on that thumb.

I went and had it X-Rayed today... three weeks late. Results in a week. If they have to do anything about it, it requires surgery.

Makes it awfully hard to ride the road bike, but the mountain bike bar position is alright.

thats one thing I learned early on, get it checked out soooon. I used to rollerblade and I fell on my pinkie. I waited a week to go to the doctor. It was fractured and dislocated. He had to reset it and it was the worst feeling in the world.

hopefully you don't need any surgery.
