    hamstrings

I have weak hamstrings and they frequently bother me on rides. However, I hear that compression might help through cycling shorts or a hamstring sleeve. But I hate cycling shorts, they are too tight around my groin, where I like things a bit more loose, so I thought I'd try a hamstring sleeve, which strictly goes around the thigh.

Does anyone ride with a hamstring sleeve? Can you recommend a brand to try? I also hear compressing the hamstring can reduce groin pulls, which I also suffer from while riding.

    Any advice is appreciated!!

I think you are going to be annoyed riding with the sleeve on. If compression pants bother you, try waring a larger size. I usually ware a medium pants, but in compression I ware large.

    hamstrings

I've worn compression pants and they never bothered my hamstrings before, the discomfort is around my groin and lower abdomen. I hate tight clothing in that area. And I think wearing a larger size would defeat the whole purpose, to have compression on my hamstrings, which a larger size short wouldn't provide.

I bought a pair... hope they work out well. This must not be an issue with many other riders since so few responded to the thread.
